The online game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) launched a special event to mark Pakistan’s 74th Independence Day. The event is scheduled to be held on August 24, allowing players to compete in multiple new locations based on famous historical and cultural sites in Pakistan.

The event is called ‘It’s Beautiful, It’s Pakistan’ and is supposed to be a “token of appreciation for all the love and support shown by its loyal player base here in Pakistan”, the game’s developers said. Allowing players to “journey from one exemplary monument to the other, from the comfort of their homes”.

Some PUBG-themed wallpapers for these monuments, including Mizar-e-Quaid, Badshahi Mosque in Lahore, Derawar Fort, Chitral and Hingol National Parks, Pakistan Monument in Islamabad, Noor Mahal in Bahwalpur, Faisalabad Clock Tower and Ziarat Residency .
