NAGAR: The by-election voting for the GBLA-4 Nagar of the Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly is in progress.
It is understood that 23,497 voters will use their voting rights. 42 polling stations have been set up in this constituency for 23,467 registered voters.
A tough competition is being witnessed between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Agha Zulfiqar Baheshti and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate Javed Hussain.
During the voting process at the stations, the COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) were strictly implemented.
