The leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Captain (Retreat) Muhammad Safdar said on Tuesday that his party has published a narrative about the sanctity of voting and is not afraid of litigation.
Captain (retd) Safdar talked to media and said he was attacked at night. “I am worried that where the IGP of Sindh was for three hours. Who lodged FIR against me? Was it someone from space?
“I have come with the message of the mother of nation to not vote for children of dictators and to not give party tickets to those whose ancestors imposed martial laws in the country.
“I vowed at the grave of Quaid-e-Azam that it is our duty to save Pakistan. We are the heirs to the Quaid’s Muslim League. I am proud of the Sindh courts who gave verdict despite pressure.”
What is mentioned here is that Muhammad Safdar was arrested by the Sindh police for violating the sacredness of the Qued Mausoleum on Monday, and was released on bail from the Karachi City Court order later in the day.
