PML-N challenges PECA Amendment Bill in IHC

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Thursday challenged the Prevention of Electronic Crime Act (PECA) Amendment Regulations 2022 in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

According to the details, the parties have asked the court to immediately annul the decree.

Meanwhile, PML-N spokesman Marriyum Aurangzeb told the media that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government tortures those who reveal their true colors.

Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan wants to use this ‘black law’ against his opponents, she added.

Marriyum Aurangzeb further pledged to take every possible step to protect the Constitution.
