Islamabad: Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Wednesday has said that government is distributing treason certificates and it does not matter what ministers say, Prime Minister Imran Khan is behind treason cases.
Talking to media person, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi challenged government minister to come and arrest the ‘traitors’. “I wanted to know who distributes certificate of patriotism so that I can apply for one”, he asked.
He also lashed out at Prime Minister Imran Khan and said “He did not know that sugar was being sold at Rs 110 per kg, he did not know that unemployment was on the rise, the Prime Minister was not even aware that CPEC has been closed.”
Shahid Khaqan said that Prime Minister Azad Kashmir has been prosecuted, and those serving the country, including two former prime ministers of Pakistan, have become traitors today.
He said that the traitor stopped CPEC’s work and increased the troubles of the masses.
The PML-N leader stated that no one talks about public issues and the prime minister has been considering arresting opposition leaders. He also called for treason cases to reduce the problems faced by the public.
