People want PM’s resignation, not lame lectures: Marriyum Aurangzeb

By

Lahore: Marriyum Aurangzeb, spokesperson for Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), said that the road built by former prime minister and party leader Nawaz Sharif cannot be compared to any other road built by anyone else.

PML-N staff responded to Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s tweet and stated that he should comment on illegal foreign funding cases, not on roads.

Marriyum called the Prime Minister and said that the country does not like your crappy speech and would rather let you resign.

The Prime Minister responded after congratulating the Ministry of Transport and the National Highway Administration (NHA) on saving public funds through transparency and digitalization.

He stated in a tweet that regardless of price increases and inflation, compared with the PML-N government, the current government builds road infrastructure at a lower rate.

He said that the revenue of the National Highway Administration has increased by 125% and the land valued at Rs 51.8 billion has not been seized.
