Pakistan reports 66 COVID-19 cases, no death in 24 hours

Lahore: Pakistan has reported no deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours as the number of positive cases has risen to 1,529,469. The national death toll stood at 30,378 on Wednesday.

At least 66 people across the country have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, according to the latest data from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Pakistan has conducted 16,306 tests in the past 24 hours, of which 66 people have tested positive for the disease. The COVID positivity rate was recorded at 0.40%.
