Lahore: Pakistan reported two deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, with confirmed positive cases soaring to 1,565,768. The national death toll had jumped to 30,550 on Saturday.
At least 449 people across the country have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, according to the latest data from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Pakistan has conducted 17,872 tests in the past 24 hours, of which 449 people have tested positive for the disease. The COVID positivity rate was recorded at 2.51%.
