Lahore: As the number of positive cases soared to 1,175,558, Pakistan has reported 79 deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours. The death toll across the country jumped to 26,114 on Saturday.
According to the latest data released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 3,980 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
Pakistan has performed 64,053 tests in the past 24 hours, of which 3,980 people have tested positive for the disease. The COVID positive rate was recorded as 6.21%.
