Pakistan reports 288 coronavirus cases, 7 deaths in 24 hours

Lahore: As the number of positive cases soared to 1,289,049, Pakistan has reported 7 deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours. On Sunday, the national death toll jumped to 28,830.

According to the latest data from the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 288 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Till now 13,051 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in Punjab, 7,636 in Sindh 5,889 in KP, 962 in Islamabad, 743 in Azad Kashmir, 363 in Balochistan, and 186 in GB.

To date, Pakistan has conducted 22,525,190 coronavirus tests and 46,006 tests in the past 24 hours. The country has recovered 1,251,101 patients and 740 patients are in critical condition.
