Lahore: Pakistan has reported no deaths from the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours as confirmed positive cases surged to 1,576 and 962. The national death toll stood at 30,643 on Tuesday.
According to the latest data released by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), at least 23 people across the country have tested positive for the new coronavirus in the past 24 hours.
Pakistan has conducted 3,205 tests in the past 24 hours, of which 23 people have tested positive. The Covid positivity rate was recorded at 0.72%.
