Lahore: The Punjab Provincial Government announced in a statement that the long-delayed Orange Line train project in Lahore will start operations on October 25.
After the construction work is completed, the train will be handed over to the public transportation department on September 15. The first journey of the train will depart from Dragujran after completion of personnel training on October 1. Has been completed.
At the same time, a delegation led by Sheikh Irfan Iqbal, Chairman of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited the Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, and discussed Solutions to the problems faced by industrialists and traders in the province.
The Chief Minister pledged to give priority to solving the problems of industrialists and traders, and said that the PTI government is a business-friendly government and it will take immediate steps to solve these problems.
When talking about this, Usman Buzdar said that the test run of the Orange Line subway train has been completed and we intend to start as soon as possible. He said that his government will continue to work on public interest projects, which the previous government ignored. He also said that the work of the Punjab State Assembly will be ignored in the past decade.
