Islamabad: The day before the government announced its small budget in the National Assembly, the opposition began contacting coalition partners of the ruling Pakistan Justice Movement (PTI).
After the announcement of the mini-budget by the government, the opposition has started approaching the allies of the PTI government.
The opposition leader said that he had asked the government’s coalition partners how they would respond to the public after supporting the mini-budget.
According to sources, the alliance partners have not yet assured the opposition of their support.
On the other hand, the response of government allies to opposition leaders is that they will consult the party on the bill.
