No place for corrupt people in Pakistan: CM Buzdar


Lahore: Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar on Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) came into power with agenda of rooting out corruption from the country.

Usman Buzdar said in a statement that corruption is a social evil and synonymous with robbing people. He added that since the PTI government has vowed to ensure transparency in each department, it has adopted zero tolerance police.

CM Punjab said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, for the first time in history, action was taken against the powerful Mafia, and the anti-corruption department became an independent agency.
