ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Sunday criticized opposition for selecting an inappropriate time to hold the power show against the government in Rawalpindi where the Australian Cricket team would be playing the first test match of its tour against Pakistan.

Fawad Chaudhry said in a tweet that the Australians and the Celtics will play their first cricket Test series in Pakistan in 23 years.

He added that the whole country was celebrating the revival of this cricket in the country, but only the “hodgepodge” opposition was uncomfortable and planned a so-called hire power show.

It may be mentioned here that the first leg of the Australian cricket team’s trip to Pakistan will begin early next month, and the opposition is also planning a long march on the same day.
