Lahore: Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said on Saturday that the government has been issuing alarms for the past week and a large number of people have come to Muri in a short period of time, which has caused problems.

Fawad Ch said: “Prime Minister Imran Khan has instructed the Chief Minister of Punjab to arrive at Muri immediately and the army has been called up, adding that the five army platoons are busy carrying out rescue operations and FWO has also delivered all the machinery.

The minister also called on the public not to visit hilly areas and urged the media to raise awareness in this regard.

He said that Muri’s record-breaking snowfall caused this situation due to his inability to cope with more crowds, because it is a difficult task to rescue the affected people immediately.

He expressed grief at the loss of his precious life and said that he would continue to take all possible administrative measures to deal with this situation. However, he said that the Murray tragedy is the first unusual situation and it will teach us how to move on to avoid such incidents in the future.

The Federal Minister of Education stated in his speech that as Omicron’s cases continue to increase in the country, the government will not shut down educational institutions again. However, he made it clear that the decision in this regard will be made during the meeting of the provincial education ministers.

In a tweet earlier, the information minister asked people to postpone their highland travel plans for a few days. He said that hundreds of thousands of cars are driving towards Muri and other highlands, and the local government cannot provide facilities for such a large number of people.

The Minister of Information Chaudhary Fawad Hussain (Chaudhary Fawad Hussain) quoted Commissioner Muri on Twitter as saying that thanks to the unremitting efforts of the government, the Muri highway has been cleared and hundreds of vehicles have been removed from Muri.里 transfer.
