Microsoft takes action to resolve 365 services accessibility issues

By

Microsoft said on Wednesday that a recent change it made may cause accessibility issues for multiple 365 services, including Teams and Outlook, and that the US software manufacturer has restored it.

“We ve reverted the change and services are recovering”, the company said in a tweet.

Earlier in the day, Microsoft tweeted that users may see the impact on Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Outlook.com.

Last week, the company rolled back the update, which may have caused a major failure of its 365 service.

The outage tracking website Downdetector.com revealed on Wednesday that more than 19,000 users are facing Office 365 issues and more than 18,000 incidents involving Outlook have been reported.
