SC HEARS PETITION CHALLENGING FATA’S MERGER WITH KP

JI approaches SC to investigate Pandora Papers

By

Islamabad: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has approached the Supreme Court (SC) to seek an investigation of the person mentioned in the Pandora document.

JI Director Sirajul Haq filed an application in this case, asking the Supreme Court to investigate people who owned offshore property based on Pandora’s paper.

After submitting the petition, the head of JI made a speech outside the Supreme Court, saying that his political party was the first to file an opposition to the Panama Papers to the court. Even PTI later filed a petition, but Imran Khan (Imran Khan) Khan only targeted Nawaz Sharif, and JI is seeking to investigate all these people who were named in the newspaper.

He further stated that 700 Pakistani nationals were named in the Pandora Documents and requested action against all those who appeared in the Pandora Documents and the Panama Documents.
