LONDON: Former finance minister Ishaq Dar has filed an application with the Supreme Court for an early hearing of an appeal that has been in court since 2018.
He initially appealed in 2018 against an accountability court’s decision to declare him a recognized criminal.
The Supreme Court’s latest application is for its intervention to consider his case on the merits.
