Imran Khan to visit Parliament on Monday


ISLAMABAD: The schedule and venue of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) parliamentary party meeting has been changed on Sunday, while Imran Khan will head to the parliament building tomorrow (Monday).

According to sources, the parliamentary party meeting chaired by Imran Khan today will be held in parliament tomorrow at 12 noon.

Voters were unable to attend today’s meeting due to public protests.

Earlier, the Parliamentary Party, chaired by Imran Khan, was scheduled to hold a meeting in Banigala at 9pm tonight to discuss the political situation in the country, party strategy and the resignation of the National Assembly.

At the meeting, Imran Khan will also maintain confidence in the party’s decision. Party leaders made various proposals on the resignation.

Imran Khan will submit all proposals to parliamentary party members and a final decision on his resignation will be made after consultations.
