Promise to end corruption was fulfilled in first 90 days: PM Imran

IHC to hear disqualification petition against PM Imran today

Islamabad: A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will hear a case today (Tuesday), seeking Prime Minister Imran Khan’s disqualification.

It should be recalled that in 2018, a case was registered against Prime Minister Imran Khan for not declaring Tyrian White as his daughter in his nomination papers.

The petitioner argued that under Article 62(i)(f) of the Constitution, the Prime Minister should be disqualified for providing incorrect information in the nomination document, adding that he was no longer Sadik and Amin.
