IHC reserves verdict on pleas against convictions in Imran Farooq murder case

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) retained the verdict on the appeal of the defendant’s conviction for the murder of Imran Farooq.

After the two sides concluded the debate, the bench retained the verdict. The Deputy Attorney General submitted his written response with a chart and asked the court to dismiss the defendant’s defense because there is conclusive evidence against them.

The defendant’s lawyers also presented their closing statements. The high court retained the verdict after hearing the debate.

It is worth mentioning that the Anti-Terrorism Court has already sentenced and fined the suspect for the murder of Dr. Imran Farouk in London.
