Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday instructed the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) to restore the Unknown Battleground (PUBG) for online gamers.
While announcing the reservation, the court lifted the ban on PUBG games.
This decision comes after a company that controls PUBG in Pakistan questioned PTA’s ban on the use of the game. The user was out of concern for the user’s physical and mental health.
PTA issued a statement in this regard, stating that the authorities have received many complaints about the game, saying it is addictive, wastes time, and poses a danger to the physical and mental health of young and vulnerable children participating in the game.
