ISLAMABAD: Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday directed the government to establish eight overseas centers for Pakistanis living abroad.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) of Pakistanis Abroad Syed Tariqul Hassan visited Prime Minister Imran Khan and discussed issues related to Pakistanis Abroad.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said at the meeting that a policy should be developed to serve 9 million Pakistanis abroad. He reiterated that diaspora Pakistanis are a valuable asset of the country, adding that a one-window facility should be arranged for diaspora Pakistanis.
In addition, the Prime Minister has directed the development of a comprehensive policy within a month.
