ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Tuesday said that government cannot function till National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is operating in the country.
Talking to media persons, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan said that Chairman NAB is still trying to get another term in the office.
The PML-N leader criticized the role of the anti-corruption watchdog, saying the country has several bodies like the FIA to check corruption, but on the other hand, the bureau has failed to stop it.
The former prime minister said elections would be held in October 2023 and announced that load shedding time would be reduced to just 3.5 hours from now.
