Islamabad: Karachi Sarafa and Jewelers Group reported that the price of 24 carats of gold per Torah has risen by 300 rupees. It was sold for 123,300 rupees in the local market on Monday, compared with 123,000 rupees the day before.
The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold also rose by 257 rupees to 105,710 rupees, while its selling price was 105,453 rupees, while the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold soared from 96,665 rupees to 96,900 rupees.
The price of silver per Torah and ten grams of silver remained unchanged at 1440 rupees and 1234.56 rupees, respectively.
According to a report by the Jeweler Group, the price of gold in the international market fell by US$1 to US$1,817 from its selling price of US$1,718.
