ECP fines Bilawal, other PPP members on violating code of conduct


Peshawar: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) fined PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other party members for violating the code of conduct on Friday.

According to the details shared by the ECP, Birawal and his party members violated the code of conduct when they led mass demonstrations before the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) local council election.

Earlier on November 30th, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) celebrated the 52nd Foundation Day with the vigor and commitment to the ideological vigor and commitment of the leadership and workers to sacrifice their lives for them.

Moreover, a public meeting was held to mark the 52nd Foundation Day of PPP in Muzaffarabad. PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other party leaders addressed the gathering.

In his message on the eve of Foundation Day, Bilawal Zardari had reiterated commitment to founding principles and also vowed to set a new direction for the country.

“Only a strong people’s agenda can pull Pakistan out of democratic, economic and governance crisis,” he said.
