Lahore: Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said on Thursday that the appointment of new army chief was never his issue and his party’s doors are open for talks.

In informal discussions with senior reporters on Thursday, Imran Khan said he was ready to talk to everyone about the election.

The former prime minister said he feared those who would be imposed on them for destroying the country.

The PTI chairman further stated that his concern is not for himself but for the country, adding that he is giving a voice to the issues people are facing today.
