Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) resumes hearing Presidential References on the interpretation of Article (63)-A.

According to the details, lawyer Raza Rabbani said the constitutional officials violated the constitution even after submitting the presidential nomination.

In response to Raza Rabbano’s statement, the SCP Chief Justice (CJ) stated that the Supreme Court upheld the Constitution of Pakistan.

Raza Rabbani also said that the campaign against these institutions only started after supporting the constitution.

Pakistan Chief Justice Omar Atta Bandyar said that as long as one believes in the supremacy of the constitution, history has seen that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has always sacrificed for the constitution, and criticism does not matter.
