Court again defers indictment of Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah

Islamabad: An accountability court on Wednesday again postponed the indictment of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and other accused in case pertaining to fake bank accounts case.

Judge Syed Asghar Ali of the Accountability Court accepted the case of Nooriabad power plant contract violation and money laundering fake bank account.

During the proceedings, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and other accused appeared before the court.

The court was informed that Islamabad High Court (IHC) had sought the record of co-accused in the case Agha Wasif that didn’t return.

The court postponed the hearing to January 11 because the case has been recorded in the Islamabad High Court.
