PML-N leader slams Govt for bulldozing bill

Country’s PM running companies abroad, claims Shahid Khaqan Abbasi

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Tuesday has alleged Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan of running companies abroad and making money.

Corruption was found in the funds of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the former prime minister said in a media interview. The ruling party declared only four bank accounts out of 26.

He added that a single bank statement had not been lodged with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for seven years.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said no one would take responsibility for the Murree tragedy that killed 23 people. He further stated that the government is withholding details of the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

He suggested that the authorities should make reference procedures public so that everyone knows what corruption allegations are being made against opposition leaders.
