WASHINGTON: U.S. President Joe Biden on Friday directed the U.S. State Department to provide $350 million in military aid to Ukraine as it struggles to repel a Russian invasion.
In a memo to Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Biden directed $350 million for Ukraine’s defense through the Foreign Assistance Act.
