As many as four more people were killed as a result of flash floods in Balochistan, bringing the province’s total death toll to 247.
The Boland River flooded the national road, as well as the Bibinani and Bingera bridges. Four bridges and seven connecting roads on the Chiarat-Quetta highway were also washed away.
Many parts of Ziarat, Pishin and Mastung were flooded. Manjhoo Shori, the region with the highest wheat production in Balochistan, was also flooded.
