Application filed for case against PDM leadership over alleged hate speech

Peshawar: An application has been lodged in the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province to register a case against the leadership of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for alleged hate speech.

According to the details, the KP cabinet has started to initiate sedition cases against Prime Minister Sheikh Baz Sharif, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, JUI-F head Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other leaders of the ruling coalition.

Meanwhile, advocate Noor Sher filed a case against the PDM leader.

The plaintiffs allege that the PDM leadership was addicted to hate speech directed at the country’s enemies.
