Annual Turkish inflation surges to 21.31% in November


Ankara: According to official data on Friday, Turkey’s annual inflation rate in November jumped by more than 20% after the currency crisis last month and the Turkish lira’s exchange rate against the US dollar hit a historical low.

According to statistics from the Turkish Statistics Agency, consumer prices rose to 21.31% from the same period in November last year, up from 19.89% in October.
