Aliya Hamza approaches LHC to seeks Rana Sanaullah’s disqualification

Lahore: Pakistani Parliamentary Secretary Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) Aliya Hamza has sought the disqualification of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah from the Lahore High Court (LHC).

According to details, Aliya s lawyer Waqar Mushtaq Toor mentioned that Rana Sanaullah has threatened to surround the judges and courts of the Lahore High Court (LHC) which is tantamount to contempt of court.

Aliya Hamza s lawyer in the petition, citing the cases of Talal Chaudhry and Nihal Hashmi, raised the point that Rana Sanaullah has violated the oath.

Meanwhile, Waqar Mushtaq Toor further stated that Rana Sanaullah was in breach of oath and in contempt of court and that stern action should be taken against Rana Sanaullah to disqualify him.
