ISLAMABAD: Afghanistan’s Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has arrived in Pakistan on a three-day visit, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

According to reports, a high-level ministerial delegation from the Afghan government led by the Taliban also accompanied Mutaki.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that during the visit, the acting foreign minister will meet with Prime Minister Imran Khan, Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmoud Qureshi and other Pakistani government officials.

The Afghan delegation will also participate in the “Troika Plus” meeting on Afghanistan scheduled to start on Thursday, November 11. Special representatives from China, the Russian Federation, the United States and Pakistan will also participate in the meeting to discuss the situation in Afghanistan. Afghanistan.

It should be pointed out that this is Mutaki’s first visit to Pakistan after taking office. Pakistan still does not recognize Afghanistan’s guard institutions. However, Qureshi told the media after visiting Kabul that he had invited Mutaki to participate in the troika plus meeting.
